Solenco SA Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, have all its components; the packaging is not damaged in any way and must be in a re-saleable condition.

Your item needs to have the receipt of proof of purchase.

Warranty Repairs

All issues with the product within the warranty period should be referred to Solenco South Africa. If there is a mechanical problem with the product, we will arrange collection of the product from the customer directly (or from the retailer should the customer reside in an area where our couriers do not operate). The product will then be sent to one of our service centres for assessment.

As repair is our first priority, and where the product can be repaired under warranty, we will do so and return the unit directly to the customer at no cost to the customer or retailer.

If the repair is out of warranty, we will quote the customer directly. Should the customer wish to proceed, we will repair and return the unit directly to the customer. We will invoice the customer directly for transport and repair costs.

If the unit is unrepairable when under warranty (provided there are not out of warranty issues) we will do a straight swop with the customer directly.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unwanted item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
